Position Overview


As a Production Assembler , you'll play a key role in the manufacturing process by assembling products, maintaining quality standards, and helping meet production goals. We're looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in producing quality work. The role involves assembly work using hand and power tools, following SOPs, reading bills of materials, inspecting finished products, and maintaining a safe, organized work area.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assemble products manually and with hand or power tools.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and customer specifications.
• Read and interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Inspect products for quality before moving them to the next production stage.
• Meet production goals and deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• Report equipment issues and production concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand instructions written in English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to work with tools.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
