Hotel Director of Sales This unique role will oversee sales efforts for Drury Plaza Hotel Chesterfield, Hyatt Place Chesterfield, and Drury Inn & Suites Brentwood Hotels. Proactively identify and cultivate high‑value B2B leads, crafting compelling proposals that secure lucrative partnerships. Demonstrate initiative and creativity in finding new business and new contacts for existing accounts to increase revenue. Dive deep into group RFPs and account travel program needs, dissecting requests and crafting tailor‑made solutions exceeding expectations. Directly supervise onsite sales coordinators, managing training, hiring, coaching, and counseling in accordance with Drury standards. Collaborate with other sales team members, the GM, and corporate stakeholders. Drive revenue by meeting clients, swift follow‑up, compelling proposals, and meticulous account management while keeping internal stakeholders informed through CRM documentation and meeting prep. Participate and support the revenue budgeting process. Qualifications Passion for sales. Degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality with a group sales background or related field.
