Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, focusing on individual client needs, to develop tailored treatment plans that address specific mental health issues.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, applying a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and couples therapy.

• Work closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other team members to ensure cohesive and integrative care for clients dealing with complex mental health challenges.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies, offering support and guidance to clients facing acute psychological distress or emergencies.

• Engage in outreach programs and workshops aimed at educating the community about mental health issues, promoting awareness, and reducing the stigma surrounding seeking help.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
