The Concierge - Receptionist is the first point of contact at the Community and will greet all internal and external customers that come into the community. The Concierge should have a positive and warm 'Yes I Can' attitude in providing the customer service needs of our retirement communities.Responsibilities:Answer and direct all in-coming phone callsGreet all customers and direct them as neededHave working knowledge as to the roles and responsibilities of management staffAbility to communicate effectively the services and products that Community offersAssist Business Manager with AP coding, statements, and Resident Trust FundQualifications:High School diploma or equivalent.
