About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Commerce Media Advertiser Sales Lead for North America. This executive will be responsible for driving the advertiser-facing sales strategy within the commerce media network and advertising solutions business. The role is pivotal in scaling the demand side of the business, focusing on activating brands, agencies, and advertiser partners across various categories. The successful candidate will be tasked with owning the North American advertiser revenue target, translating the commercial strategy into a sales plan, and leading senior-level engagement with a range of demand-side decision-makers. Key responsibilities include defining advertiser account prioritization, building a repeatable acquisition model, and establishing a disciplined sales process. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in driving revenue, a deep understanding of performance media, and the ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team. Candidates for this role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' commercial experience, with a strong background in retail media, commerce media, digital advertising, adtech, agency, media platform, or performance marketing businesses. The ideal candidate will have a personal network across brand, agency, and demand-side media communities in North America, and the ability to translate complex data and media capabilities into compelling commercial narratives. Experience in managing senior advertiser and agency relationships, as well as a proven ability to collaborate across various teams to drive commercial outcomes, is essential. The role requires a leader with strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
