Sr. Financial AnalystThe Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A supports financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for an operating division of Enpro.Reporting into the FP&A organization, the Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in translating financial data into actionable insights, supporting capital investment decisions, and helping operating leaders improve business performance. This position is well-suited for a high-potential finance professional with a growth mindset who is eager to develop into a best-in-class business partner while collaborating closely with the broader FP&A team to help shape and advance Enpro FP&A best practices.What You'll Do:Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities for assigned operating sitesProduce and analyze monthly financial performance, including variance analysis versus prior year, budget, and forecastProvide direct business support to operating sites, including margin analysis, cost trends, productivity initiatives, and operational KPIsSupport global reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and transparency in financial results and forecastsDevelop financial models and scenario analyses to support operational decisions, cost actions, pricing discussions, and growth initiativesSupport capital project evaluation, including ROI analysis, post-investment tracking, and ongoing performance monitoringPartner with Operations, Supply Chain, and other functional leaders to improve financial understanding and decision-makingKey partner in product pricing and manufacturing cost analysis, supporting Sales and Operations in annual updates to product price list and standard costsPrepare and maintain management reporting and presentations for leadership and FP&A stakeholdersCollaborate with the broader FP&A team to develop, refine, and implement Enpro FP&A best practices, tools, and standard processesIdentify opportunities to improve process efficiency, standardization, and data quality across FP&A and site-level reportingWork closely with Accounting to ensure alignment between financial results, forecasts, and operational insightsYour Role in Our ValuesAt Enpro, our values of Safety, Excellence, and Respect guide how we work, collaborate, and grow.
