Telesales Representative

About the Role

We're seeking motivated, energetic, and results-driven Telesales Representatives to join a growing marketing and advertising company that partners with nationally recognized brands, including major telecommunications, healthcare, and technology organizations.
This is a high-volume outbound calling position where you'll connect with business owners and managers across the country to introduce advertising partnership opportunities. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to businesses nationwide.
• Present advertising partnership opportunities on behalf of major national clients.
• Build rapport with business owners and decision-makers.
• Explain program benefits and secure participation agreements.
• Handle objections professionally and confidently.
• Track activity, conversations, and outcomes within Salesforce.
• Follow up with previous prospects and existing partners.
• Work toward daily performance goals, including approximately 10 successful agreements per day.
• Collaborate with team leaders and participate in ongoing coaching and development.

Compensation

• $20/hour : Less than 6 months of relevant experience
• $21-$22/hour : 1-2 years of relevant experience
• $23-$24/hour : 2+ years of recent outbound calling, telesales, collections, inside sales, or high-volume call center experience

Qualifications

• Previous experience in outbound calling, telesales, customer service, call center, collections, or inside sales.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable handling rejection and overcoming objections.
• Ability to quickly build rapport over the phone.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet productivity expectations.

Training & Development

• 2-3 days of structured onboarding and call-shadowing.
• Hands-on training before independently managing calls.
• Continuous coaching and support from experienced leaders.
• Regular feedback and professional development opportunities.

Work Environment

• Standard business hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM.
• Fully onsite during training and onboarding.
• Opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule after approximately 4-6 weeks based on attendance and performance.
• Eligible employees may work remotely on Wednesdays and Fridays.
• Collaborative office environment with direct access to leadership and support teams.

• Must provide your own home office equipment for hybrid work.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
