Deskside Support Technician

Desk Side Support TechnicianLocation: Minneapolis, Minnesota (5 days Onsite)Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for end-user desktop and software issues.Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to operating systems and applications including but not limited to Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Intune.Communicate and collaborate comfortably with Customer executives and end users.Collaborate with Customer IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.Document all support activities, including resolutions, in Customer’s ticketing system.Ensure compliance with Customer IT policies and procedures.Manage incoming inventory, including new and used AMC hardware, returned legacy rich clients, and other items as requested by Customer.Reimage laptops to new version of image.
