Responsibilities: Follow the plan of care by Occupational Therapist and provide treatment to patients. Interpret evaluation findings to provide care and safety related to dysfunction. Provide treatment based on the goals and follow through with treatment to achieve established goals. Provide advice and education to patients and family. Regularly assess clinical signs and symptoms to determine the effectiveness of treatment, the progress of the patient toward goals, and the need for modifying plans and treatment. Graduate of accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Program. Home Health experience preferred; not required. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function and level. The final offer is determined by multiple factors, including skillset, work experience, and languages, and may vary from the amounts listed below. The pay range for this position is: $60–$75/visit We are looking for COTA coverage in the following areas: Newbury Park, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Calabasas, Agoura Hills, Moorpark, Oak Park, Simi Valley, Somis, Camarillo, Oxnard, Port Hueneme, and Ventura.
