Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Description A Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of personal insurance clients, including auto, home, umbrella, and recreational policies. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, handling policy renewals and endorsements, resolving coverage inquiries, processing claims support, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Account Manager works closely with carriers and clients to provide accurate policy recommendations, maintain account retention, and support new business opportunities while ensuring compliance with agency and insurance regulations. Main Requirements 4+ years of experience in personal lines insurance account management or customer service Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license preferred/required Strong knowledge of personal insurance products including auto, homeowners, renters, umbrella, and recreational vehicle policies Experience handling policy renewals, endorsements, certificates, billing, and claims support Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment Experience working directly with insurance carriers and underwriters Self-motivated team player with problem-solving and time-management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr W3Global
