Job Details Well-established full-service firm seeking a 2–5 year Commercial Litigation Associate for hands-on case management and meaningful courtroom exposure. What you’ll do Manage commercial disputes from inception through resolution Draft and argue motions, handle discovery, take/defend depositions Attend hearings, mediations, and assist with trial prep Work directly with partners and clients on case strategy What they’re looking for 2–5 years of commercial litigation experience Strong writing and research skills Ability to manage matters independently Estate litigation experience is a plus (will train!)
