ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an Inside Sales Representative at Rockway Services, you will handle a high volume of inbound calls from prospects who are actively seeking debt relief or tax resolution. Your job is to assess their situation fast, present the right solution with conviction, and close. We handle the marketing and lead generation. Your job is to outwork everyone around you and maximize every single call.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

- Attack a high volume of inbound calls from pre-qualified prospects throughout the day.

- Assess each client's financial situation quickly and present the right solution with confidence.

- Close deals and guide enrolled clients through the process professionally.

- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

- Hold yourself to a high standard and exceed your monthly targets consistently.

- Compete, improve, and earn more every single month.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in debt validation, debt settlement, or tax relief. Required, no exceptions.

- A proven track record of closing on the phone and hitting targets under pressure.

- The ability to handle high call volume without losing focus or intensity.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport fast.

- A competitive mindset and a personal drive to be at the top of the board.

- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills.

THE DETAILS:

- Full-time, 8-hour shifts.

- In-person. Costa Mesa, CA.

- Must be able to commute to Costa Mesa before your start date.
