Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients, applying evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing.

• Facilitate triage assessments and crisis intervention appointments, ensuring clients receive immediate support when needed.

• Conduct comprehensive case management by assessing patient needs, creating treatment plans, and coordinating referrals to ancillary services.

• Engage in collaborative case consultation and multidisciplinary team meetings, working alongside clinical and medical staff to address complex cases.

• Design and implement outreach programs and wellness initiatives to promote mental health awareness within the community.

As an LCSW within our Detox Center, your primary focus will be on individuals facing the dual challenges of substance use and mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid Pennsylvania LCSW license.

Compensation and Benefits\n
