Labor & Employment Associate Attorney

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with an AmLaw 200 firm in Connecticut , in recruiting a Labor & Employment Associates for their growing L&E team. Please see below for a brief overview: Firm is looking for an Associate with 3+ years of employment and/or labor law experience to join one of its Connecticut offices Sophisticated practice focused on counseling, compliance, workplace investigations, training, litigation, representation before state and federal agencies, board advisory work, and labor matters Experience providing multi-state employment counseling to business leaders, conducting employment diligence, and advising on employment aspects of corporate transactions preferred Experience defending employment cases (with partner oversight), including investigating claims, taking and defending depositions, engaging in the discovery process, preparing and arguing discovery, dispositive, and other motions in state and federal court, and representing clients in administrative proceedings preferred Ability to manage multiple litigation and client projects efficiently and effectively Hybrid Compensation: $175,000-$207,500 If you are interested in hearing more about either of these opportunities, please submit your resume in confidence to me at View email address on click.appcast.io and we can arrange a time to discuss.
