Fractional Chief Financial & Administrative Officer

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Fractional Chief Financial Officer to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $90.00 to $120.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and present the annual budget in partnership with senior and regional leadership teams.
• Monitor and reconcile budgets to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational performance.
• Oversee cash flow management, including payment approvals and fund transfers.
• Lead weekly financial review meetings with executive leadership to assess forecasts and performance.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to support organizational growth and decision-making.

• Ability to manage complex budgeting, audits, and financial reporting for large-scale operations.
• Strong knowledge of nonprofit accounting standards and compliance requirements.
• Skilled in preparing detailed financial reports and presenting insights to boards and committees.
• Previous experience overseeing capital projects and managing restricted and unrestricted funds.
• Proficiency in contract administration and coordinating insurance and facility operations.

• 10+ years in senior financial leadership roles, ideally within the nonprofit sector.
• Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar budgets and audits.
• A deep understanding of GAAP principles, grant management, and capital financing.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with financial systems such as QuickBooks Online and Salesforce.
