CFO

Fast Growing technology Company seeks forward thinking CFO/ Controller to lead the Accounting and Finance Function as well as cross functionally work with the other leaders in the company to continually guide improvement and enhance communication. Ideal candidates will have a consistent track record of outstanding financial and strategic analysis and delivering meaningful recommendations based on this analysis. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $150,000 to $180,000 per year. On-site at least Hybrid in Sacramento.

Requirements:

• Will be involved with Month End and Year End Close.
• Generate hypotheses.
• Coordinate research and analysis
• Fluently manipulate data, conduct analysis, and synthesize insight.
• Excellent communication skills
• First-class financial analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills
• Able to bring structure to ambiguous problems.
• Able to use numbers to tell a business story.
• Able to tailor message and content to different audiences.
• Strong writing and presentation skills.

• 10+ years of proven leadership and management experience in a fast-paced work environment.
• Hands on Accounting experience.
