About the Role

The Company is in search of an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. The ideal candidate for the CFO position at the company will have a proven track record as a CFO or senior finance executive, preferably within a related industry. A strong commercial finance background, experience in leading finance transformation, and a collaborative, low-ego leadership style are essential. The CFO will be expected to have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with professional qualifications such as CPA, CA, CFA, or equivalent being preferred. The role demands a strategic thinker who can also execute hands-on in a fast-paced environment, and who is adept at balancing the demands of a growing, market-leading manufacturer.
