To strengthen our team in St. Louis, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, supporting customers, and finding solutions that create a positive customer experience. Join us as Customer Service Representative based in St. Louis, with Your responsibilities Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat or in person, providing accurate information and professional support. Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, identify suitable solutions and escalated complex cases when necessary. Order & Service Processing: Process customer orders, returns, exchanges and service requests accurately and efficiently. Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries and concerns have been resolved satisfactorily. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure a seamless customer experience. Service Quality: Meet service level agreements and customer satisfaction goals while maintaining a consistently customer-focused approach. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve service processes and enhance the overall customer experience. Professional Customer Care: Maintain a professional, responsive and customer-first attitude in every interaction. Your profile Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Initial experience in customer service, a call center environment or a related customer-facing role is preferred. Customer Orientation: Passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating positive customer experiences through professional and solution-oriented communication. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal stakeholders. Working Style: Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment. Systems & Digital Tools: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; experience with ERP system tasks is an advantage. Languages: Fluent English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are a plus.
