As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for an attorney who values analytical thinking, accuracy, and disciplined execution in a fast-paced litigation environment. You will play a critical role in advancing cases, producing polished written work, and providing practical, well-reasoned guidance to clients.

What You'll Do

• Maintain an organized case docket and consistently meet all court, client, and internal deadlines.

• Draft, review, and finalize motions, briefs, pleadings, and correspondence

• Provide structured legal analysis and practical client guidance

• Take and defend depositions

• Contribute to trial preparation and case strategy and participate in trial

• Communicate proactively with clients and team members regarding case status and deadlines

What We're Looking For

• 4-8 years of litigation experience

• Active Colorado bar license

• Strong legal writing and analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and consistency

• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills

• High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline

• Experience in commercial, or real estate litigation is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range - $145,000 - $160,000 (depending on experience)

• Quarterly Bonus Potential - from 3% to 16% of total realized revenue with no billable hour requirements. Bonuses are tied to clear objective metrics, offering substantial earning potential for high performers.
