Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Oasis of Clinical Support, your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting individual and family therapy sessions to address relational issues, mental health disorders, and behavioral challenges.
\n
• Diagnosing and treating a diverse range of issues, including but not limited to: alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, job stress, and communication difficulties.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual and family needs.
\n
• Creating and maintaining detailed clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
\n
• Participating in case consultations and collaborating with fellow clinicians to ensure comprehensive care.
\n
• Providing crisis intervention when necessary and facilitating access to additional community resources.
\n
• Staying up-to-date with best practices in family therapy and contributing to the development of new programs and services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our ideal client population includes individuals, couples, and families facing challenges such as blended family dynamics, separation and divorce, adjustment disorders, and conflicts among siblings or parent-child relationships. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a genuine passion for patient care and mental health advocacy.

• Ability to build rapport with clients and lead them towards successful therapeutic outcomes.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
