Senior Accountant, Outsource Accounting and Finance

The Bonadio Group is seeking a Senior Accountant to work with the Outsource Accounting and Finance team. This position provides delivery of accounting and bookkeeping services for multiple clients in a variety of industries. If you are working in public accounting or in industry and want to see more exciting projects with a mix of clients, diversity of work, with a flexible schedule, then this job may be right for you!ResponsibilitiesPerforming accounting services for clients inclusive of:Assisting and maintaining clients' annual operating plan/budgetsAnalyzing general ledger process, identifying, and resolving discrepanciesPreparation of complex Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other management reportsAssist with establishing and maintaining standardized accounting procedures and processesProduce all relevant financial statement reports on monthly and annual basisPerform general accounting duties as needed, such as accounts payable functions, account reconciliations, and work paper preparationAssist with onboarding new clientsProvide training for new clients and staff in the use of shared software applicationsAchieve consistent and outstanding client satisfactionQualificationsRequired:A minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting or related disciplineA minimum of three years of related experienceProject management experience with accounting-based projects, and ability to deliver on-time outcomesThe salary range for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per year.Hours of Operation:Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through FridayOur summer hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.mWe pride ourselves on our flexibility; however, the ability to work additional hours will be needed at peak timesAt The Bonadio Group, we believe that an inclusive work environment allows all of our people to achieve their greatest potential and the greatest results for our clients and communities.
