Job Full Description Office Assistant (AP/AR Experience Required) Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a growing HVAC company in Spartanburg County that is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join their team. This is a key position within a small business environment, requiring someone who can professionally represent the company while providing administrative, accounting, customer service, dispatching, and marketing support. Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Responsibilities:

This person will serve as one of the primary points of contact for customers and must be able to represent the company professionally while maintaining accuracy, organization, and excellent communication. Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with scheduling and dispatching service technicians
- Maintain customer records and update information within company software systems
- Utilize QuickBooks for accounting and administrative tasks
- Work within Housecall Pro and Pricebook software platforms
- Assist with marketing initiatives, including digital marketing efforts and AI-driven content creation
- Support day-to-day office operations and administrative projects as needed
- Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members
- Previous office administration experience required
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience required
- Professional experience using QuickBooks strongly preferred
- Experience with dispatching or scheduling is a plus
- Knowledge of Housecall Pro, Pricebook, or similar service management software is beneficial
- Familiarity with AI platforms and their use in business and marketing applications preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor
