Business Development Manager - Financial Wellness Solutions

Position Overview As a Business Development Manager within PNC’s Financial Wellness Solutions, you will be based in Los Angeles, CA. Job Description Acquire new clients across financial wellness solutions, focusing on growing sales, revenue, and market share with relevant sales goals. Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet. Handle origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of non‑credit products and services. Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and/or existing clients, identifying and mitigating regulatory, reputational, and operational risks. Provide ideas and insights based on clients’ needs and financial well‑being, focusing on increasing client engagement and loyalty. Build an effective network of internal and external relationships, including community and industry, to acquire new clients and enhance the client experience. Leverage reporting and sales tools to identify and convert sales opportunities. Demonstrate ability to analyze, evaluate, and inform on financial wellness solutions, product knowledge, industry benchmarking, and solution positioning. Qualifications University or college degree with 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience. Preferred experience selling to professional services, manufacturing, healthcare, wholesale, or general services. Skills: Book of business management, client relationship building, credit processes, financial analysis, decision making, prospecting, sales negotiation, and technical proficiency. Competencies: Business acumen, customer experience management, effective communication, critical thinking, and technology savvy. No specific certifications or licenses required. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $76,500 – $127,500. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
