About the Role

The Company is in search of a President to spearhead its next phase of growth, organizational development, and leadership transition. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building, scaling, and leading a manufacturing or lighting-related business, with a focus on enhancing commercial execution, organizational alignment, and driving growth. The role is pivotal in leading the company through a planned succession, and the successful candidate will be expected to make a significant impact and work closely with the ownership group. This executive position demands a leader who can leverage the company's established and profitable platform, with no debt, and significant growth capacity, to scale the business towards a target revenue of $100M+. The President will be responsible for shaping the future of the organization, with meaningful operating authority and the opportunity to influence its strategic direction.
