Business Litigation Paralegal

Business Litigation Paralegal LHH is seeking a Business Litigation Paralegal for a position with a well-established global law firm in Nashville, Tennessee. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation paralegal who enjoys working on sophisticated business litigation matters. Responsibilities Support attorneys in all phases of business litigation from case inception through trial and post-trial proceedings Manage case files, document databases, and litigation materials in both electronic and physical formats Coordinate document review, productions, and eDiscovery processes Review and summarize documents, deposition transcripts, and discovery materials Conduct legal and factual research utilizing Westlaw, Lexis, and other research resources Draft pleadings, motions, notices, subpoenas, and other litigation-related documents Coordinate court filings and ensure compliance with federal and state court rules Prepare exhibits, trial notebooks, witness materials, and other trial support documents Assist with trial preparation and attend trials as needed Support post-trial motions, appeals, and related litigation activities Qualifications Required Minimum of 3 years of business litigation paralegal experience Experience managing litigation matters through trial and post-trial phases eDiscovery experience Proficiency with Westlaw and Lexis legal research platforms Experience with document management systems and litigation support software Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Bachelor's degree Paralegal certificate Trial preparation and courtroom support experience Benefits medical, dental, and vision insurance health savings account (HSA) life insurance coverage 401(k) plan with employer match paid time off paid holidays employee wellbeing programs.
