About the Role
The President of Sales and Partnerships will be responsible for leading and executing the company’s global sales and partnership strategy to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term business value. This includes building and managing high-performing sales and business development teams, establishing strategic partnerships across key markets, identifying new revenue opportunities, and optimizing go-to-market approaches. The role also involves collaborating closely with executive leadership to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives, overseeing pipeline development and forecasting, and ensuring strong client relationships that support retention and growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in senior sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and building successful partnerships at scale. Strong leadership and team development skills are essential, along with the ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when needed. Candidates should possess excellent communication and negotiation abilities, deep knowledge of sales operations and performance metrics, and experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments. A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is typically required, with an MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
