This is an opportunity to work with a leading developer and general contractor known for large-scale mixed-use, multifamily, office, retail, and complex urban development projects. Responsibilities Assist Project Managers with all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field staff. Track project schedules, budgets, procurement, and cost reporting. Support subcontractor buyout and contract administration. Participate in project meetings and maintain meeting minutes. Help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Assist with project closeout documentation and turnover procedures. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred. 2-5 years of commercial construction experience. Experience supporting ground-up and/or major renovation projects. Strong understanding of construction documents and project management processes. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software is a plus. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
