Chef de Cuisine

As a Chef de Cuisine you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the kitchen and leading a team of culinary professionals Your main goal is to ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented to perfection while maintaining high standards of food quality hygiene and safety You will work closely with the restaurant manager to develop menus manage inventory and control costs Your creative flair and passion for food will play a key role in driving the success of our restaurant Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of food preparation and cooking Train supervise and mentor kitchen staff Collaborate with restaurant manager on menu development Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times Implement cost control measures to achieve financial targets Create new dishes and improve existing recipes Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met Requirements Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience in menu development inventory management and cost control preferred Qualifications Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field preferred but not required Minimum of 3 years experience in a professional kitchen setting Salary Salary $900 per month City Atlanta Note While English is not strictly required for this position it is preferred that candidates have basic knowledge of English for communication purposes We welcome applicants from all nationalities who meet the job requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr RedLine Freight Services
