About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Growth to spearhead its national expansion strategy, with a focus on opening a significant number of new healthcare locations each year. This role is pivotal in building and leading a national opening engine, with a strong emphasis on developing and continuously improving a standardized, scalable operating model for new-location openings. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end process, from site selection to go-live, and must have a proven track record in managing a high volume of concurrent openings. Key responsibilities include driving cross-functional accountability, managing a national portfolio of openings, and developing scalable processes and infrastructure to support rapid expansion. The ideal candidate will have 7-12+ years' of experience in healthcare development, implementation, operations, or a related field, and must have a deep understanding of healthcare regulatory and operational requirements. They should be adept at coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders and be highly effective at driving accountability. The role requires a leader who can build strong relationships, create a culture of urgency and operational excellence, and ensure that new locations meet the company's standards for clinical, operational, regulatory, financial, and patient-readiness requirements.
