Travel Surgical Tech/ORT - CVORT

American Traveler is seeking a CVOR Surgical Technologist with recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience for a hospital-based position in New Hampshire.

Job Details

• Work in a large OR department featuring 26 high-tech suites supporting both inpatient and outpatient procedures,
• Patient population spans all ages including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics,
• Surgical services include cardiac, thoracic, vascular, neuro, robotics, orthopedics, general surgery, ENT, plastics, urology, gynecology, ophthalmology, and oral surgery,
• Day shift, 40 hours per week,
• On-call or off-shift obligation of 4-5 shifts per 13-week contract, which may include weekday nights or weekend day/night shifts,

Job Requirements

• Recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience within the last 2 years required,
• National certification as a Surgical Technologist required,
• BLS certification required,
• NH Medical Technician license required if applicable - must be applied for upon acceptance,
• Two professional references from managers required for consideration,
• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position,

Additional Information

• Assist in a broad range of cardiovascular and general surgical cases within a high-volume, multi-specialty OR environment,
• Support surgical teams across cardiac, thoracic, vascular, and other specialty service lines,
• First-time travelers are not specified as eligible - prior travel experience is recommended given the trauma level requirements,
