About the role

OKX runs a large peer-to-peer (P2P) crypto marketplace: an escrow-protected orderbook where users buy and sell crypto for local fiat through verified liquidity providers, with support for a wide range of local payment methods. The professional liquidity providers who post offers are what keep the marketplace deep and reliable.

You will lead a team that owns the relationship with these key liquidity providers in variousmarkets: supporting partners' operational needs, maintaining marketplace depth and reliability, and improving partner experience. This is a builder's seat: high ownership, frontline, and fast-moving.

What you'll do

• Own the P2P liquidity provider programme:

monitor marketplace depth and coverage, and improve partner satisfaction and retention

• Lead and grow a team of account managers, setting direction and raising the operating bar.


• Manage the liquidity-provider programme, tiering frameworks, account management and retention


• Lead the growth strategy and retention funnel with data: build and read funnels, produce recurring analysis, and turn it into decisions.


• Contribute to user quality and marketplace health, partnering with the user risk team on high-risk user profiling and dispute reduction. (Growth is the priority; risk exposure is a plus, not a requirement.)

What we're looking for

• 7+ years in growth, account management or relationship management for high-value users or clients, including team leadership, with a track record of managing partner programmes at scale. Multi-market experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing high-volume client or partner relationships and improving partner engagement and service quality.
• Strong data and funnel fluency: owns metrics, runs analysis, steers decisions from data.
• High-energy and genuinely hungry: gets on the frontline, has built something 0 to 1, and pushes into harder markets rather than safer ones.
• Backgrounds in payments, remittance or fintech are especially relevant. Crypto or digital-currency experience is a plus, not a requirement. Strong operators from large internet and marketplace companies are also welcome.
• Working proficiency in English. At least one of the two roles also requires working proficiency in Mandarin (liquidity-provider and stakeholder coverage across Greater China markets).

Nice to have

• Experience with fiat on-ramp / off-ramp, cross-border payments, or remittance.
• Exposure to emerging markets (Southeast Asia, Africa, LatAm, MENA).
• Experience with user-segmentation, high-risk-user filtering, or trust and safety / fraud operations.
