Job Description
VanDemark Co is seeking a reliable and organized Office Manager to support daily office operations. This is a great opportunity for the right person to grow with an established company while working in a professional, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounting and bookkeeping tasks
- Daily use of QuickBooks and Excel
- General office and administrative duties
- Make phone calls to customers, vendors, and partners
- Research for various tasks and projects
- Provide support to management as needed
- Fluent in QuickBooks and Excel (required)
- Some accounting experience required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Flexible full-time or part-time opportunity
- Weekday schedule only
- Pay based on experience
