Oversee accounting, financial reporting, treasury, investments,grants accounting, payroll, accounts payable and receivable,student billing, cash management, forecasting, audits, and relatedfinancial systems. Advise executive leadership and the Board on financialstrategy, risk management, compliance, andlong-range planning. Strengthen internal controls, ensure regulatory compliance, andlead audit preparation and resolution efforts. Drive process improvement, financial systems optimization, andservice excellence across a large, multi-campus institution. Build strong partnerships with internal and externalstakeholders, including government agencies, funding partners,auditors, and community organizations. Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will be: A strategic, forward-thinking financial leader with strongoperational expertise. Skilled in financial planning, risk assessment, compliance, andorganizational improvement. Collaborative, transparent, and service-oriented, withexcellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Required Qualifications Master’s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics,public administration, higher education administration, or arelated field. The equivalent combination of education, training,certification and/or experience that provides the requiredknowledge and expertise to perform the essential functions of thejob may be considered Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible financial andbudget leadership. Extensive expertise in accounting, public finance, auditing,compliance, budgeting, investments, and financial controls. Demonstrated success leading complex financial operations,enterprise financial systems, audits, and institution-wide businessservices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, andcommunication skills. Eligible applicants must currently be authorized to work in theUnited States and not require employer visa sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications Experience in higher education, government, or other highlyregulated public-sector environments. Senior-level business, finance, or administrative leadershipexperience in a large, multi-campus organization. Experience advising executive leadership teams and governingboards. Experience with business transformation, ERP implementations,and Workday. Hiring Range: $155,222 - $213,445 annually. Initial salaryplacement for new hires falls between the minimum and midpoint ofthe range and is based on relevant candidate experience andinternal equity. The maximum salary for this position is $271,668 annually .
