Job Description
Manage the full recruitment process, from winning and developing client relationships to delivering successful placements.
Place mid - senior level Human Resources talent into a variety of clients
Build trusted, long?term partnerships with clients, offering clear, consultative advice on their hiring needs.
Use Michael Page's global networks, tools and market insight to source and engage high?quality candidates.
Spot and act on business development opportunities, growing existing accounts and opening new ones.
Work towards clear, ambitious goals, with the autonomy to shape how you run your desk.
Be part of an inclusive, high?impact team where people support each other to do their best work.
The Successful Applicant
Previous HR recruitment experience, with a track record of managing client relationships and delivering results.
Strong business development skills and a proactive approach to growing relationships.
Clear communication and confident negotiation skills, with a genuine interest in both client and candidate needs.
Drive, resilience and the motivation to succeed in a fast?paced, target?led environment.
A commitment to delivering great experiences and building long?term partnerships.
