For many of our online and Live clients, the package arriving at their doorstep is their TBC store experience. Has previous experience in e-commerce fulfillment, luxury retail, resale, inventory management, shipping, warehouse operations, or high-volume retail (preferred) Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms. (preferred) Candidates must be comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and safely lifting and moving boxes and merchandise of approximately 30 pounds or more throughout the workday. Is organized , dependable, energetic, accurate and enjoys working as part of a close knit high performing team. Take ownership in order fulfillment and outstanding order list needs. Has strong communication skills. Preferred Qualifications The Shipping & Fulfillment Coordinator owns the fulfillment process from the moment an order is ready to ship until it is safely on its way to the client. This position is responsible for: Speed. Accuracy. Presentation. Follow-Through. Exceptionally organized leader with time management commitments to company standards. Detail oriented, fast and efficient. Comfortable with technology and inventory systems. Strong and problem solving and follows through to ensure consistent client satisfaction. Remains calm while managing multiple priorities. Completes work with high integrity in all categories. Comfortable working independently while also being a part of a team. You will work closely with our Sales and Intake teams to locate sold merchandise, verify orders, prepare purchases per company standard for maximum client satisfaction and experience, ship them promptly, and proactively resolve anything that could delay a client's order.
