The Role

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and people-first  Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a critical bridge between our clients, their medical providers, and our legal team — ensuring every case moves forward with precision and care.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury files from intake through resolution
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, answer questions, and offer reassurance throughout the process
• Coordinate with medical providers to obtain records, bills, and treatment status
• Track and organize case milestones, deadlines, and documentation
• Work closely with attorneys to prepare demand packages and support settlement negotiations
• Maintain accurate case notes and records in the firm’s case management system
• Serve as a client advocate who reflects the firm’s commitment to Five Star service at every touchpoint

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in a personal injury law firm or related legal/medical setting strongly preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active files simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication — you are confident, clear, and kind under pressure
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of their work
• Genuine care for clients who are going through one of the most stressful times of their lives
• Familiarity with case management software is a plus
