Middleware IAC Engineer (Ansible Specialist)

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Middleware IAC Engineer with 7+ years of experience in Ansible and 8+ years in IT to design, develop, and manage Infrastructure as Code (IAC) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Ansible Automation Platform , middleware technologies, and DevOps tools, ensuring efficient automation and integration across enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain automation solutions using Ansible Automation Platform . Design and manage Middleware Technologies including WebSphere, Tomcat, IIB, Client, Messaging Brokers, and MQ . Implement Infrastructure as Code (IAC) best practices using Terraform . Work with DevOps tools like Jenkins, BitBucket, and Nexus to streamline CI/CD processes. Provide technical support for Unix/Linux-based environments. Collaborate on AWS infrastructure , optimizing cloud-based deployments (preferred). Lead middleware system configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization . Ensure secure and scalable automation practices across development environments. Essential Skills & Experience 7+ years of experience in Ansible Automation Platform . 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and middleware engineering. Expertise in WebSphere, Tomcat, IIB, Client, Messaging Brokers, and MQ . Strong knowledge of Terraform and DevOps tools ( Jenkins, BitBucket, Nexus ).
