Now Hiring: Payroll ProcessorWe’re seeking an experienced Payroll Processor for a long-term contract opportunity located onsite in the Bronx. This role offers strong potential to convert to a permanent position and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume payroll environment. Pay Rate: $30–33/hourLocation: Bronx, NY (Onsite)Schedule: 35 hours/week with flexible Friday coverage every other week (6am–2pm or 10am–6pm)Key responsibilities include:Processing payroll, garnishments, taxes, deductions, and year-end activitiesManaging employee payroll records and HRIS/payroll systemsSupporting payroll compliance, audits, reconciliations, and reportingResolving payroll discrepancies and employee inquiriesWorking across multiple payroll systems simultaneouslyIdeal candidates will have:2+ years of payroll processing experienceExperience with Oracle Cloud, PeopleSoft, and ADPStrong Excel and Microsoft Office skillsKnowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirementsExcellent analytical skills, particularly with retro pay calculations and time reportingCPP or FPC certification preferredThis is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented payroll professional looking for stability, long-term growth, and the potential for permanent hire.
