Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Coordinating cross-functional manufacturing engineering and process-improvement initiatives.
\n
• Establishing and maintaining project priorities, milestones, workstream ownership, dependencies, risks, and follow-through.
\n
• Aligning manufacturing engineering, operations, quality, and other appropriate technical stakeholders.
\n
• Identifying technical and operational roadblocks, bringing people together to resolve them, and escalating appropriately.
\n
• Translating manufacturing risks and technical findings into practical action plans.
\n
• Maintaining accountability for completing improvements, rather than simply monitoring activity.
\n
• Communicating progress and issues to leadership.
\n
• Personally developing or facilitating PFMEAs.
\n
• Working with engineers to investigate manufacturing issues.
\n
• Supporting root-cause analysis and corrective-action implementation.
\n
• Developing or improving manufacturing documentation.
\n
• Helping implement fixtures, tooling, process controls, mistake-proofing, and operator instructions.
\n
• Spending meaningful time on the manufacturing floor.
\n
• Working directly with operators to ensure changes are practical and understood.
\n

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Proven experience leading broader manufacturing programs involving multiple technical workstreams.
\n
• Hands-on development and ownership of PFMEAs.
\n
• Demonstrated success implementing manufacturing improvements that deliver measurable outcomes.
\n
• Strong technical background in electromechanical systems, assembly, or similar environments, with practical floor-level experience.
\n
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate technical contributions.
\n
• Experience in electromechanical or robotics manufacturing.
\n
• Background in automated dispensing equipment or complex assembly lines.
\n
• Willingness to perform engineering work onsite and travel approximately 10–25%.
\n
