The Jeff Feagles Home Team is looking for a high-level Director of Operations to become the operational backbone of our growing real estate business. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives behind the scenes, enjoys solving complex problems, and takes pride in creating efficient systems that help an entire team succeed.

You'll work directly with the Team Leader to oversee daily operations, improve workflows, lead the administrative team, and ensure every client receives an exceptional experience from contract to close. Compensation and Benefits

• $85,000 – $90,000 annual salary

Compensation:

$85,000 - $90,000 based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Lead and improve business operations and systems
• Oversee transactions from contract to close
• Manage and develop the administrative team
• Drive CRM, financial, and operational performance
• Oversee marketing and client experience
• Solve problems and improve efficiency

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of operations leadership, preferably in real estate
• Real estate experience required; license preferred
• Proficient with CRM systems and business technology
• Strong leader with excellent organizational skills
• Proactive, accountable, and solutions-driven
• Local to New Jersey and available to work onsite
