UX Writer

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a UX Writer responsibile for the user experience writing/content design for the company's website, the mobile app, emails, text messages and push notifications. Summary:This role creates digital content strategies and messaging to help solve member problems, communicate the value of the company and achieve business goals. The Writer will independently leverage human-centered design, user testing, content design principles, omnichannel content strategy, SEO best practices, accessibility and brand and style guidelines to help create our digital member experiences.The UX Writer must be able to read and analyze the business requirements provided to create the necessary content. They must be able to do strategic thinking to suggest content strategy solutions, collaborate with subject matter experts and handle working in a very fast paced environment. Writers are expected to complete projects within a span of 1 to 7 days based on complexity.

Skills

• A UX writing (not UX design or UX research) certification
• 2+ years of user experience writing or content design experience
• 2+ years of experience with SEO, AP style, using style guides
• Experienced in working with subject matter experts and design teams to create user experiences
• Experience with Figma, SEM Rush and MSWord
• All candidates must submit a portfolio for review
• Intermediate experience with use of design systems/content management systems
• Intermediate knowledge in Figma
• Experience in financial/insurance services are a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
