Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant

Description Bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Loan Officer Assistant - Join a Top-Producing Team! Are you fluent in Spanish and have a background in mortgage lending as a Licensed Loan Officer , Loan Officer Assistant , or experienced Loan Processor ? Are you looking for a stable, team-oriented opportunity where your skills will be valued? We're hiring a bilingual Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant to support a top-producing loan origination team in our Su Casa Loans division at Premier Lending . You'll work directly with our Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring smooth communication and efficient loan processing from application to close. What You'll Do:
- Track and follow up with leads daily
- Assist with taking and processing loan applications
- Provide customer support and loan status updates
- Help manage paperwork, disclosures, and conditions
- Work hand-in-hand with an experienced bilingual loan origination team
- Licensed Loan Officers who thrive at originating but prefer support with lead generation
- Loan Officer Assistants with excellent attention to detail and time management
- Experienced Loan Processors (must be bilingual) willing to obtain a license - we'll help you get there!
- Work with one of our most successful, bilingual-producing teams
- Full support, training, and growth potential
