It's all here and it’s exactly what going further is all about.Position SummaryProvides strategic human resources guidance and supports the organization by developing and improving processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and fostering a positive employee experience.Major Tasks and ResponsibilitiesProvides support and guidance on various human resource matters, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and related areas.Leads process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Manages employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and recommending appropriate corrective actions.Collaborates with business partners to implement human resources programs and initiatives across the enterprise.Drives employee engagement initiatives and fosters a positive work environment.Advises on the interpretation of policies and supports organizational effectiveness initiatives.Analyzes and generates reports in support of human resources metrics and analytics.Resolves escalated human resources issues across the organization.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.5+ years of human resources experience.5+ years of transportation industry experience.BenefitsAt Saia, your success is our success!
