RN Homecare - Adult Shifts
$38 - $48 per hourMEP Health
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide home healthcare services to adult patients in various Illinois locations. Key responsibilities utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, initiating and adjusting care plans as needed, administering medications and treatments, responding to patient condition changes, and coordinating care and discharge planning. Qualifications require a current RN or LPN license for the state, a valid health certificate , PPD or Chest X-Ray , and BLS certification . Prior RN experience is preferred. Skills include strong clinical judgment, communication, and the ability to adapt to patient needs.
