We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator with experience operating corrugated packaging equipment, including Flexo Folder Gluers, Rotary Die Cutters, Bobst Die Cutters, Emba Die Cutters, and similar machinery.

Corrugated Machine Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $15.00 to $22.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 05:00am to 03:30pm )
- Pay based on experience
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
- Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers.
- Inspect products throughout the production process
- Read and follow work orders, production specifications, and measurements.
- Utilize measuring tools, including tape measures
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Experience operating or assisting with corrugated machinery such as Flexo Folder Gluers, Rotary Die Cutters, Bobst Die Cutters, Emba Die Cutters, or similar equipment
Corrugated Machine Operator Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous machine operation experience
- Experience in the corrugated paper, packaging, or box manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Experience operating or assisting with corrugated machinery such as Flexo Folder Gluers, Rotary Die Cutters, Bobst Die Cutters, Emba Die Cutters, or similar equipment is preferred
- .Ability to read and comprehend English.
- Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.
