To support a growing remote team, the part-time hourly Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative will provide excellent customer service and patient support, verifying patient information and assisting with prescription benefits inquiries. Key responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and support to patients regarding their prescription benefits Verify patient information and gather necessary billing and medical data Handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring compliance with Federal Health Care Program guidelines Required qualifications Minimum of 1 year of recent call center experience Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and patient privacy practices is a plus High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work in a private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace Basic technical troubleshooting skills for remote work issues and mandatory high-speed wired internet connection
