Sales Development Representative

Overview As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will support the enterprise sales initiative by nurturing prospects, creating a sales funnel, and ensuring a steady flow of opportunities for the sales team. Responsibilities Nurture and cultivate relationships with prospects throughout their journey from initial contact to post‑sale support. Create a well‑structured sales funnel through proactive prospecting to meet activity targets via outbound calls, online inquiries, and other lead‑generation techniques. Schedule sales appointments by making 8‑10 outbound calls per hour, using provided scripts and talking points. Record and manage customer information, appointments, calls, and sales interactions in the CRM system. Stay informed about marketing campaigns and promotions, aligning efforts with marketing to maximize lead generation and conversion. Track and analyze personal performance metrics including appointments scheduled, calls made, sales achieved, and customer engagements. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless journey from initial contact to sale. Assist with online reputation management through review sites and social media outlets. Participate in coaching and work closely with the Sales Development Manager to improve departmental success. Qualifications Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Results‑driven and motivated for sales. Excellent customer service orientation. Strong time‑management and organizational abilities. Prior experience with a CRM system and computer savvy. Prior sales experience (preferred). Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistance. Experience with VinSolutions a plus. Compensation & Benefits The pay range for this role is $35,000–$55,000 (base pay + variable compensation earned). Variable pay is uncapped.
