Founding Sales Development Representative

Tarvo is the AI operating layer for manufacturing and distribution. These companies power a huge part of the US economy, yet run on manual processes and tribal knowledge. We deploy AI agents by plugging directly into their ERPs and existing tools to automate workflows behind every customer order, supplier interaction, finance, and operational decisions. The result: teams move faster, protected margins, and serve customers better. The Role Help build Tarvo's outbound engine from scratch, alongside the founder. No playbook to inherit but you'll help define it. Your job is volume: fill the calendar with qualified meetings with operators and executives at manufacturing and distribution companies. Own prospecting, list-building, and multi-channel outreach, then hand off booked meetings for discovery and demo. As messaging and process prove out, there's a clear path to ramp into closing. What You'll Do Build and run outbound sequences across email, phone, and LinkedIn to book qualified meetings. Source and tier target accounts using our ICP. Keep CRM (ie HubSpot) data clean: every touch, reply, and booked meeting tracked. Test and refine messaging, scripts, and cadences, then report back what's working and what isn't. Hit weekly meeting-booked targets, not just activity targets. What You Bring Startup grit: high volume, high rejection, no hand-holding. A track record in an SDR/BDR role, ideally at an early-stage startup or in B2B software. Strong written communication; you can personalize an email so it doesn't read like a template. Process discipline: organized, on top of follow-ups, comfortable living in a CRM. Minimum: 6+ months of experience in an outbound prospecting role. Nice to have: prior exposure to manufacturing, distribution, or industrial sales. Why You'll Win Define a new category in one of the economy's most important sectors.
