Multi-service line experience preferred.Skills: Strong knowledge of aseptic technique and sterile field management. Understanding of surgical instrumentation and procedural flow. Ability to anticipate procedural needs. Strong attention to detail and safety. Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Manual dexterity and physical stamina for prolonged standing and lifting.
