We are seeking a customer-focused and solutions-oriented Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist to deliver exceptional service and support throughout the customer journey. This role serves as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring inquiries are resolved efficiently, expectations are exceeded, and a seamless shipping experience is maintained.

How You Create Impact

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely, professional, and accurate support across multiple communication channels.
• Provide customers with updates and information regarding shipments, accounts, products, and services to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalations by identifying solutions, coordinating internally, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, marketing, and support teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions within customer service management systems.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships, promote additional services, and support business growth.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process enhancements that increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What We Would Like You To Bring

• High school diploma or GED required; additional education in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus.
• Customer service experience, preferably within logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, ocean freight, or a customer care environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset and the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, customer service platforms, and transportation or logistics management systems.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and business growth.

Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Kuehne+Nagel reviews pay ranges regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay based on industry market data.
